Shipping Info: SHIPPING AND DELIVERY. All orders are delivered using either Bpost (www.bpost.be). Records are shipped in cardboard mailers and specialist shipping boxes.

DELIVERY: All items sent by Bpost are not insured and tracked, you must choise the Insurance and delivery option during the check out, this will automaticaly add extra cost to your final order. If you choise the insurance and tracking option your package can be tracked via the Bpost web link we'll send you by email.

NON DELIVERY : Sporty Limited is not responsible in case of loose or theeft during the transport. If your goods are lost, we'll make a inquire to Bpost only if you have choosen the insurance option during the check out.
Return Policy: RETURNS: We will only refund or replace items that either have a manufacturing defect or are damaged in transit. Any items must be returned to Sporty Limited together with a description of the problem before we are able to evaluate whether a refund is due.
